Ok so the item is great and the product is great but i did not recieve the disk shown in the picture and that disk alows me to transfer files from my computer to my phone what am i suppose to do if i cant do the other have of the things that i want to do???? but over all everything is fine if you dont want to listen to mp3's and what not...

Ok, I had some problems with the phone that I bought from this company but they resolved it in a very timely manner.
To all people that want to receive an amazing customer service this is the company to buy items from. They ship the items very fast and when they promised.

The phone came in the estimated time of delivary. But I didnt know it was a international versionso I had to order another charger for it which was fine because it only cost 3.00. I looked through the phone and the games were all in another language so I cant play them which I probably wasnt anyway. Other than that the phone is an ok phone has a nice little speaker on the back the 2.0 camera isnt too bad aand its easy to navigate through it
